My approach pairs Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with client-centered talk therapy to help you identify and reprocess the self-limiting beliefs at the core of your anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic pain, or unresolved trauma. By developing newfound awareness, you will be better able to clear life’s obstacles from view and imagine a hopeful future for yourself. 

Because I aim to make the therapeutic process positive, productive--and even a little bit fun!--my clients tend to leave sessions feeling lighter and with a smile on their face. I pride myself on cultivating a warm presence that helps people to feel at home and it’s tremendously rewarding to witness them become more self-compassionate and accepting as they develop meaningful awareness of themselves and others.
